FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: to use concrete carcass activation at night time and to provide for additional cooling intensity in the mode of peak loads at day time, a piping system is proposed to temper buildings, which has one single supplying pipeline and one single draining pipeline. The first and the second tempering circuits branch from these pipelines in the available manner. At the same time with the help of a switching valve it is possible to vary direction of the flow inside the supplying end section of the supply pipeline and the draining end section of the draining pipeline to the opposite one. I.e., depending on the flow direction, these end sections perform a supplying or a draining function. Check valves inside the supplying and the draining end sections serve to prevent ingress of the tempering medium from the appropriate activated tempering circuit into the appropriate non-activated tempering circuit.
EFFECT: development of a system of building tempering for activation of its concrete frame, using two systems of tempering circuits and having one common supply and one common drain pipelines.
