DISTRIBUTING VALVE WITH BUILT-IN FLOW METER UNIT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC F16K11/00

Abstract RU 2606541 C1

FIELD: production of fittings.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to distribution valve with built-in flow meter unit. Distributing valve with built-in flow meter has main stream channel, through which medium can flow in main stream direction, and one secondary flow channel branched from it. Distribution valve housing consists of main pipe with one first connection to pipeline, one second connection to pipeline and one branch located between them. Main stream channel passes in main pipe from first pipeline connection to second pipeline connection. First housing part serves to receive one housing rod. First part of housing has wall with hole, which forms inlet hole for medium, which can branch from main line in branch. Branch extends into the first part of housing and forms fluid connection between main pipe and first part. First part of housing has outlet hole. Second part serves for receiving flow meter housing. Outlet of first housing part extends into housing second part and forms fluid connection between first part of housing and the second part of housing. At that, second part of housing has an outlet hole, which forms third pipeline connection. Secondary flow channel passes from main line branch to housing second part outlet hole. Main line branching is formed by a hole in the main pipe. At that, main line hole is aligned with housing first part hole forming the inlet hole. Or main line branch is formed by a hole in the main pipe together with section of pipeline. At that, pipeline section between hole forming housing first part inlet hole, and a hole in the main pipe is provided as connection between the main pipe and housing first part.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplified design, improved sealing of distributing valve.
