SUBSTANCE: instrument comprises a base with two stands coaxially arranged oppositely to each other, one of which comprises the following: a two-limit calibre for monitoring of the inner diameter at one side of the winding; a device for two-limit monitoring of the angle of arrangement of spring hooks in free condition; a device for two-limit monitoring of length of every hook; a device for loading of one of hooks with a reference weight, and the second stand is located at the distance from the first one with the possibility of charging, and interacts with the first one by two axial fixed movements in direction to the first position, and comprises the following: a device for twisting of the second spring hook by a controlled angle; a mandrel, on which the spring is twisted; a two-limit calibre for monitoring of the inner diameter of the spring at the opposite side of its winding; a device for two-limit monitoring of winding length.

EFFECT: reduction of time for monitoring of all specified parameters due to optimal combination of operations.
