SUBSTANCE: gauge is equipped with two modifications of detector of force resistant to turn (DFRT) of measuring rod inside controlled orifice. The procedure for adjustment of the measuring rod of the gauge consists in usage of a pad out of easy creased material for fixation of measuring tip in a case. The pad is laid on a stop under a not working end of the tip. The procedure of fine adjustment of working dimension of the measuring rod consists in simultaneous wringing both working ends against elastic deformed cylinder bush. The procedure for determination of actual value of working dimension of the measuring rod of the gauge with implementation of a universal measuring bracket consists in arrest of a movable heel of the bracket to an indication of a reading device less, than an assumed actual value of working dimension up to 5 mcm. Successive repeated re-check of obtained result is performed by small shifting of a spherical end in four mutually perpendicular directions from found point of contact of working surfaces of gauges. Thus, inaccuracies of the bracket proper are neutralised.
EFFECT: increased accuracy at fabrication and successive implementation of gauge.
