FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment. Peculiarity of claimed digital method of measuring parameters of piezoelectric elements is that drive signal has a pulse duration T1 = T0-τ, where τ is duration of pause between end of signal with linear frequency modulation and end of detection of digital signals, while reception of digital signals is T0, determining resonance frequency ƒr, antiresonance frequency ƒa and Q of piezoelectric element, and value of parallel capacitance C0 from received plurality of complex conductivity values by its fractional rational approximation frequency dependence of complex conductivity canonical equivalent circuit in resonant frequency interval.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring complex conductivity piezoelectric element.
