FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied in treatment of delayed consolidation of non-unions of tubular bones of extremities. Intramedullar implants are passed into bone marrow canal. Analysis of content of osteocalcin, calcium, bone isoenzyme of alkaline phosphotase in peripheral blood is carried out in dynamics of their osteosynthesis and in case of their reduction, installed intramedular implants are removed and new ones are installed. Replacement of intramedullar implants is performed 2-3 times.
EFFECT: method ensures stable and tense fixation of bone fragments, stimulation of reparative osteogenesis.
