SUBSTANCE: 1 mo after the operation on close distraction osteosynthesis it is necessary to sample venous blood in a patient to an empty stomach to centrifuge it and obtain the serum. Due to applying biochemical selective analyzer with unified kinetic techniques one should detect the activity of osseous isoenzymes of alkaline (AlkP) and acidic (AcP) phosphatases to calculate the ratio of AlkP against AcP. At the value being 22 and lower the flow of osteogenesis is considered to be delayed, and at the value of 28 and higher - normal. If this value ranges under 28 and above 22 the character of osteosynthesis at the moment is unknown and to evaluate it one should fulfill the repeated investigation or other techniques should be applied. The present innovation enables to detect delayed flow of osteogenesis in earlier terms.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
