FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for realising walking and rehabilitation of disabled person with impaired locomotor apparatus. Exoskeleton contains support posts, boots and cross-arm with hinge on its central part, in which shaft rotates. On the ends of cross-arm installed are hinges and thrust bearings, in which support posts, provided with cranks, whose pins rotate in hinges and thrust bearings, located on support boots. Shaft is connected with support posts via mechanism of synchronous rotation. Exoskeleton is mounted into put on person overalls by means of which cross-arm is fixed on hip part. Legs are connected with boots. Shaft is provided with levers, which are connected with muscular system of body and shoulders, which serves as shaft drive.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible for disabled person with impaired locomotor apparatus to walk on horizontal of slightly inclined support surface, go up and up the steps, sit down and stand up.
