FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to medicine, namely to a simulator and a method for the rehabilitation of patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. The simulator contains a vertical platform and a bar for hands. The vertical platform is equipped with a rotating foot platform, on which footsteps are fixed to accommodate the feet of patients. Legshoes provide rotational movements of the pelvic region and lumbar spine clockwise and counterclockwise. Along the edges of the arm bar there are handles for gripping the hands, which ensure the rotational movements of the shoulder region and the thoracic spine clockwise and counterclockwise. The vertical platform contains racks perpendicularly fixed on horizontal supports. The lower and upper nodes of the platform rotation are made with the possibility of rotational movements around the vertical axis by 360°. The upper rotation unit is mounted in the upper part of the vertical platform and is connected to a pipe-pipe, to which the hand bar is attached. The lower rotation assembly is mounted in the lower part of the vertical platform and connected to the foot platform. When performing the exercise of the first type, the patient performs rotational movements of the pelvic region and the lumbar spine clockwise and counterclockwise. When performing an exercise of the second type, the patient performs rotational movements of the shoulder region and thoracic spine clockwise and counterclockwise. When performing an exercise of the third type, the patient performs rotational movements of the pelvic region and the lumbar spine and simultaneously performs rotational movements of the shoulder region and the thoracic spine.
EFFECT: invention provides the implementation of twisting movements of the lumbar and thoracic spine of the patient (both individually and together) and, as a result, an increase in the mobility of these departments, the development of motor and coordination abilities, treatment and rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system, muscles of the legs and arms, strengthening of the bone skeleton and muscles by increasing the variability of changes in the load applied to different parts of the spine, muscle groups of the trunk, arms, legs and joints in the process of therapeutic measures or training.
