FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device comprises left and right hand supports and active exoskeleton of the lower extremities. Active exoskeleton of the lower extremities contains two leg supports and a pelvic link, as well as the sensors for the angles of rotation of the hinges, current sensors for electric motors, force sensors in the feet of foot supports, blocks of data collection on the range to obstacles. Mode of operation of the device is set by the user from the consoles mounted on the handles of the handholds. Data from the current sensors allow to fix the moment of the onset of the spastic state of the muscles of the user and to prevent damage to the muscles and tendons. Data from the torso data acquisition unit allows the device to record the moment of loss of balance and by triggering the airbag element and creating an additional support to prevent the fact of the fall. Data from the optical rangefinders arranged on the shin sections and folding brackets allow the user to step automatically through obstacles with unknown height and length, walking the stairs with unknown height and depth of steps.
EFFECT: increasing functionality of the device, as well as increase the safety of the user.
