FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: exoskeleton comprises a body jacket put on an individual, a crosspiece mounted into the jacket, fixed on a hip portion with its ends resting against linked support stands, shoes connected to the stands, pivots and thrust bearings mounted on the crosspiece and shoes, wherein crank pins fixed on the stand ends rotate, a primary shaft rotating in the pivot mounted on the crosspiece, crank synchronous rotary mechanism connected by levers to individual's muscles that are a drive, and an accessory drive with a power supply. The upper and lower links of the stands carry the pivots and thrust bearings with crank journals rotating therein. The crank journals are connected together by flexible shafts. The stand links are connected by the pivots provided with the rotary mechanisms which are connected by the flexible shafts with the use of a control panel to the muscles and the accessory drive. The crosspiece with the shoes is connected by flexible cuffs and damping pads.
EFFECT: possibility to reduce a joint load and increase force and endurance, walk, sit down and stand up if suffering a locomotor disorder and absence of legs.
