SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to an orally disintegrated composition having no unpleasant odour or taste and used for blood lipid control, prevention or reduction of a risk of developing atherosclerotic changes, disorders or diseases. The above composition contains cod liver oil, perilla seed oil or polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and a disintegrant. The PUFA represent omega 3 fatty acids, omega 6 fatty acids, arachidonic acid, linoleic acid, alpha-linoleic acid, dihomo-gamma-linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid or a mixture thereof. The disintegrant represents solid dispersions containing mannitol, xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone and dibasic calcium phosphate.

EFFECT: invention provides the composition having no unpleasant odour or taste.
