FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: in inter-housing compartments there arranged is a housing functionality recovery device that is made in the form of one, mainly two and three layers of a strapping plate from elastic material, which are fixed with one end on structural elements of inter-housing space with possibility of moving the non-fixed part of the strapping plate layer as to normal to surface of a power cover of the housing, and at least in one direction along surface of the power cover of the housing. At disturbance of integrity of the high-pressure vessel design, under action of the occurring pressure drop, the strapping plate is moved by moving a hole of puncture in the strapping plate relative to the strapping plate hole in the power cover; the puncture is covered and the power cover is sealed.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
