FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vessel housing is meant for storage and transportation of liquids, pressure gas. Housing contains pressure outer shell, inner perforated shell, they both form interhousing space connected to inner working capacity of the vessel divided in compartments, preferably of rectangular shape, by structure elements. In compartments of interhousing space there arranged is a device for recovery of functionality of high-pressure vessel housing, made in the form of one, preferably two-three, layers of sheet plate from flexible material, fixed by one edge on structural elements of interhousing space with possibility of movement of non-fixed part of layer or layers of plate normally to surface of housing pressure shell and at least in one direction along surface of pressure shell of housing.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
