FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rigid housing of a high-pressure vessel includes an external power cover, and internal perforated cover, which form inter-housing space interconnected with the inner working volume of the vessel and divided into compartments, mainly of a rectangular shape, by means of structural elements. In compartments of inter-housing space there arranged is a device for recovery of functionality of high-pressure vessel housing, which is made in the form of one, and preferably two and three layers of a strapping plate from elastic material, which are fixed with one end on structural elements of inter-housing space with possibility of moving the non-fixed part of the strapping plate layer as to normal to surface of a power cover of the housing, and at least in one direction along surface of the power cover of the housing.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
