FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: housing contains pressure outer shell, inner perforated shell, they both form interhousing space connected to inner working capacity of the vessel divided in compartments, preferably of rectangular shape, by structural elements. In compartments of interhousing space there arranged is a device for recovery of high-pressure vessel housing functionality which is made in the form of one, preferably two-three, layers of sheet plate from flexible material, the layers are fixed by one edge on structural elements of interhousing space with the possibility of shufting the non-fixed part of layer or layers of the plate along the normal line to surface of the housing pressure shell and at least in one direction along the surface of the housing pressure shell.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
