Composition contains propylene glycol, starch and colloidal silver with particle size 1-13 nm in concentration in colloid solution 20-100 ppm with the following component ratio, wt %: propylene glycol - 2-4; starch - 2-4; colloidal silver - 2-3; water - the remaining part.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prepare ecologically harmless composition in a simple way.
