FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fundoplication in case of esophagus shortening. Mobilisation of area of cardia and esophagus with ligation of two short and ascending branch of splenic artery is carried out. After mobilisation and partial bringing down of esophagus, mobilisation of anterior and posterior branches of vagus is carried out, with fundoplication cuff being formed outside vagus branches on interior wall of esophagus and fixed to diaphragm after displacement of esophagus and cuff into mediastinum, vagus branches are placed above cuff.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to form cuff of large length, reduce risk of suture cutting through.
