SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery and neurology. System of measuring intracranial pressure, additionally provided with drainage channel, is introduced into hemorrhage, hemorrhage drainage is carried out, fibrinolythic preparations are introduced into its cavity and aspiration of lysed blood is performed. Control of pressure and elasticity inside hemorrhage of brain is carried out during entire procedure of drainage, and in case of their normalisation within 4-6 hours, procedure is stopped.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of development of complications, which is achieved due to constant control of intracranial pressure and elasticity of brain tissue.
