FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for replacement of congenital and acquired defects of lower jaw caused by underdevelopment of facial skeleton, surgical interventions for neoplasms and traumatic injuries of lower jaw. Disclosed is a method of performing an operation to eliminate a lower jaw defect with a bone graft using surgical templates with guide channels for drilling screw holes, comprising making a stereolithography model, bending reconstructive plate, characterized by that it includes manufacturing of stereolithographic model of lower jaw with transplant in defect, bending reconstructive plate by stereolithography model, attachment of bent plate to stereolithographic model, scanning stereolithography model in computer tomography (CT) with subsequent reconstruction in 3D programs, creating a three-dimensional model, determining the position of holes in the reconstructive plate, when creating the surgical templates, transmitting data on the position of the screws on the templates, in these positions in the templates, creating guide channels, method comprises determining bone thickness at points where the screws are placed, drilling holes in the graft on the template immediately after drilling and before removing the template, positioning screws are installed, pre-reconditioned bent plates are put on the screws, after positioning screws are removed one by one, permanent screws fixing the reconstructive plate to the transplant are installed on the positioning of the positioning screws.
EFFECT: invention provides accuracy of transplant placement during face-jaw surgery.
