FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and traumatology and describes a method for preparing a lanthanum-containing coating. When implementing the method, a hydroxyapatite powder is placed in the solution of 0.04 LaCl3; the powder is kept in air at room temperature for a period of time required for good hydroxyapatite particle impregnation in the solution of NaCl3; a precipitation is filtered in a Buchner funnel, washed in hot water, dried at 200°-300°C for 4-6 hours and annealed at 600°-700°C for 2-3 hours; the lanthane-containing coating is formed by evaporation of a titanium sublayer at first, and then of the lanthane-containing hydroxyapatite powder.
EFFECT: method provides creating the developed surface morphology, as well as the antiplatelet and antimicrobial effect that promotes the implant osteointegration.
