FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of producing biocompatible coating on basis of magnesium-substituted hydroxyapatite is described, which consists in preliminary preparation of surface of medical product by air-abrasive treatment, electro-plasma sputtering of sub-layer of titanium and formation of bioactive layer, wherein air-abrasive treatment is performed using powder particle size of 250-300 mcm for 5 minutes, electro-plasma sputtering of titanium powder with particle size of 100-150 mcm is carried out for 10-12 sec at arc current of 300 A at distance of sputtering up to 150 mm and plasma forming gas flow rate of 20 l/min, electro-plasma sputtering of powder Mg-GΑ with dispersity of up to 90 mcm is carried out for 6-8 sec at arc current of 300 A at distance of sputtering up to 50 mm and plasma forming gas flow rate of 20 l/min.
EFFECT: method provides increased adhesion and developed surface morphology of obtained coating.
