Device comprises a proximal portion, which has a single electric drive for injection, and a distal portion which is intended to receive an injection filling unit, which has a receiving portion for the package and a primary package retained in the receiving portion for the packaging, in which a pharmaceutical substance is placed, wherein the pharmaceutical substance can be injected from the filling unit, when the said filling unit is located in the distal part, wherein said distal portion is configured so that said filling unit can be axially fitted in the distal portion, and wherein said injection device has visual protection, which is made and arranged so that the injection needle of the filling unit is hidden from the user during use of the injection device.
