FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ionic exchange. Described are cation-exchangers, obtained by sulfonation of suspension (bead) polymerisates, consisting of one or several vinylaromatic monomers, divinylbenzene and from 0.2 to 20 wt % of vinyl ethers. Method of their obtaining is claimed.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining strongly acidic cation-exchangers with high mechanical and osmotic stability, as well as high resistance to oxidation.
