FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deep demineralisation of natural, household and industrial effluents. Proposed method exploits combination of cation exchange filter operating as multi-chamber ascending layer and including monodisperse sour cation exchanger, and, at least, one anion exchange filter operating in forward flow and including monodisperse strong-base anion exchanger. Monodisperse ion exchangers are produced by introducing seed or injecting. Note here that strong-acid cation exchanger features total capacity of 1.8 to 2.5 mol/l, and strong-base anion exchanger displays that of 1.2 to 1.5 mo/l. Water demineraliser comprises cation exchange filter operating as multi-chamber ascending layer and including monodisperse sour cation exchanger, and, at least, one anion exchange filter operating in forward flow and including monodisperse strong-base anion exchanger. Downstream of cocurrent filter or filters, connected is filter with mixed layer. Besides, additionally, degassing sprayer is arranged between multichamber ascending layer and cocurrent filter or filters.
EFFECT: optimised purification, demineralised water with conductivity of 1 micro reciprocal ohm/cm.
