FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blow extrusion of hollow tank with built-in elements. Hollow tank body is formed by forming blanks 18, 19 in halves 3, 4 of the die. After moving interaction of die halves 3, 4, pre-extrusion female die stretching mechanism, forming plate halves 1, 2 and bed 8, 9, die halves 3, 4 rest on closed forming plate closed halves 1, 2 while blanks 18, 19 rest on halves 3, 4 owing to blowing and/or suction for body pre-extrusion. Tank body is formed after placing components there inside. Pre-extrusion female dies comprise stretching mechanism and forming plate halves 1, 2 mounted at beds 8, 9. Said beds 8, 9 are mounted at guides 7 and driven by motor to displace in guides 7.
EFFECT: higher yield, minimised quantity of holes in tank wall, lower permeability of hollow tank body.
