FIELD: moulding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic molding machine. Forming machine comprises housing, cutting mechanism, molding matrix, extruder and drive mechanism. Molding matrix comprises a movable matrix and a fixed matrix. Housing is equipped with loading hole. Cutting mechanism comprises a drive cutting device, comprising a guide mechanism and a cutting slider, a guillotine blade, punching die with feed inlet located concentrically with loading opening, clamp for approaching billet to knife blade or away from it and clamping drive. Push-out device contains the first extruding component located on the side of the movable matrix, and the second extracting component located on the side of the fixed matrix. Movable matrix is located on drive mechanism and driven by drive mechanism to approach fixed matrix or away from it.
EFFECT: improved operating reliability of molding machine and possibility of its continuous operation.
