SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automatics for determination of location and parameters of railway freight cars movement. Device includes GLONASS/GPS navigation receiver installed in fire-resistant housing, GSM/GPRS modem with two SIM-cards, microcircuit with controller, a controller start-up unit, non-volatile memory, an electric energy storage system with a charge indicator, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a temperature sensor inside and outside the housing, device depressurization sensor, self-contained generator with rectifier and stabilizer, which operates from vibration and installed on car frame end, wherein the microchip has a virtual SIM card installed in the protected memory area.
EFFECT: broader technological capabilities of the device.
