SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to 5-(2-{[6-(2,2-difluoro-2-phenylethoxy)hexyl]amino}-1-hydroxyethyl)-8-hydroxyquinolin-2(1H)-one heminapadisylate of formula (I) 
wherein n is equal to 2, and to pharmaceutically acceptable solvates thereof. Also, the invention refers to a pharmaceutical composition of the salt of formula (I), to a method of treating the above pathological conditions and to using the salt of formula (I) and to the pharmaceutical composition thereof.
EFFECT: what is prepared is the new salt of 5-(2-{[6-(2,2-difluoro-2-phenylethoxy)hexyl]amino}-1-hydroxyethyl)-8-hydroxyquinolin-2(1H)-one effective in treating the pathological pulmonary conditions, particularly asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
