FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a housing and at least two passes formed with several pairs of pressure and drive rollers. At that, in each pass between pairs of rollers there installed are tubular guides connected to drives of movement of pressure rollers, and drive rollers have a total rotation drive for all passes. One of pressure rollers of each pass is equipped with a revolution indicator. Pressure rollers are installed on two-arm levers hinged on the housing and connected by means of hinges with power cylinders. Rotation drive is located between passes.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the design, improving its reliability, reducing metal consumption and improving wire dosing accuracy.
