FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to limit ice formation includes application of coolant supply into a heating system with lower piping using a space as heat insulation from the roof between trusses and elements of grating with boarding at the bottom by heat insulation sheet or roll material, which is filled with air, application of roof lights with the possibility of automatic opening and closing of a fold as a device for maintenance of specified temperature in the zone of roof adjacency above the cornice to the grating, where a temperature sensor is installed, application of a snow guard with gaps underneath, application of a polymer coating of the entire roof or in the section from the cornice to the gutters, on the gutters and rainwater pipes, application of ventilation gaps in the eaves catch, in the ridge zone with provision of the roof sheet protrusion above the cornice, application of a steam insulating film under the grating layer, application of heat insulation of heating pipes and attic floor.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a roof.
