FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended for diagnosing hydraulic drives of whatever machinery. Said machinery comprises hydraulic drive in both operating and stationary conditions. It comprises two independent diagnostics channels, each including connection unit and hydraulic tester, fluid state control device, acoustic channel and data processing unit. Fluid state control device is arranged in bypass pipeline downstream of shutoff element and composed of two parallel lines. Every said lie incorporates mechanical particle counter, density and fluidity meter, and extra hydraulic calibration line. Data processing unit is composed of fluid cleanliness classifier, electronic three-channel flow rate meter, density and fluidity meter electronic unit and noise and oscillation spectrum analyser.

EFFECT: synchronised testing of integrated reversing and irreversible hydraulic drives.
