FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method is based on atomisation of a solution of nonevaporable impurity in tested liquid with further disperse analysis of particles of dry residue. Atomisation of the solution of certain concentration is performed in a tight chamber with specified conditions for concentration of vapours of the tested liquid. In order to increase the speed of obtaining reference samples, sampling is performed at pumping of the aerosol exposed in the chamber through an electrostatic precipitator onto collecting electrodes. The obtained positive effect confirmed experimentally by measurement of dispersity of an ultrasonic sprayer consists in possible recovery of a real function of drop distribution in the atomiser flame as per the a unction of particle distribution of their salt residues.
EFFECT: enlarging the range of measured particles, improving accuracy and informativity of existing testing techniques.
