FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: analytical bath for multiplex dot analysis represents a one-piece unit made of a chemically inert thermoplastic material, with a number of reaction cells for working and washing solutions and thermally sealed with a foil having a layer of a thermoplastic material. The bath cells represent an oblong asymmetrical hexagon in the cross section with acute opposite angles used as guides for immune chip plates inserted into the bath cells to prevent their contact to an inner surface of the bath. A convex welding camber is presented in the form of head V-collars framing each cell.
EFFECT: higher quality of the immunochemical reactions in the bath ensured by prevented adhesion of the immune chip to the inner surface of the cell walls.
