FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kits for immunochemical rapid analysis and can be used in medicine. Disclosed is a kit for detecting antigens of infectious agents in the dot-immunoassay near the patient's bed format, comprising a device in the form of a substrate with antibody-specific capture proteins deposited on its surface, positive control, negative control and additionally blocked with nonspecific natural or synthetic polymers; conjugate labelled antibody detection; analysis container made in the form of a multicell analytical bath with the possibility of introducing a substrate into each cell of the bath and containing a solution for washing in the cells, conjugate working dilution solution and optical signal development system components. As the capture antibodies bound to the solid substrate, and as a conjugate of marked detection antibodies, connected to particles of colloidal gold with average diameter of 10–20 nm, in kit used are same polyclonal antibodies of IgG class, isolated from blood serum of animal, immunized with antigens of infection agent, and binding the detected antigens with the substrate and the conjugate is capable of simultaneous antigen-antibody reaction.

EFFECT: invention provides more rapid detection of antigens of infection agents with higher sensitivity.
