SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and can be used for promoting growth and increasing the resistance of agricultural animal bodies. For this purpose the animal is an administered vehicle, consisting of a leukocyte lysate and peripheral blood stem cells and / or progenitor cells of animals, as well as a conditioned medium obtained by culturing them together. The peptide-protein complex has a molecular weight of 1 - 200 kDa, wherein at least 80% of the total protein has a molecular weight of 5-120 kDa and is characterised by the presence of peaks at a wavelength of 270-290 nm and 200-22-5 nm, in the UV region of the spectrum, with the following ratio, wt %: lysate of peripheral blood leukocytes and stem and / or progenitor cells - 0.01-10; conditioned medium - 90.0-99.9.

EFFECT: method allows for induction of immune response and stimulating growth of agricultural animals by controlling proliferation of immune cells and their differentiation to determine the spectrum of cytokines synthesised by reducing the number of components and auxiliary components.
