SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell biology and medicine, in particular to pharmacological ophthalmology. The invention discloses a biologically active substance in the form of a proteomic secretome of stem and progenitor cells obtained from the embryonic tissues of the eyes and brain of farm animals of the middle third of gestation, as well as a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of vascular and dysmetabolic diseases. This biologically active substance is a protein-polypeptide complex of proteins of the intercellular matrix and cytoplasm with molecular weights from 10 to 250 kDa and is characterized by the presence of a peak at a wavelength of 274-284 nm in the UV-visible spectral region and the presence of bands in the range of values of pI 4.2-8.4. Moreover, more than 80% of the total mass of proteins have a molecular weight of 35-90 kDa.

EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to provide a comprehensive protective and reparative effect for the treatment of tissue hypoxia and metabolic disorders of eye tissues caused by inflammatory processes of viral, bacterial, immune, metabolic, traumatic, vascular genesis.
