FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention constitutes a method for stimulating embryonic and postembryonic development of poultry, including treatment of eggs, characterised by adding a conditioned culture medium into the air space of the egg in ovo, in compliance with the rules of aseptics and antiseptics, on the 5th day of incubation, at a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml at a dose of 50 mcl per egg, after cultivation of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells, subjected to the effect of physical factors leading to disruption of cellular structures, followed by ultrafiltration to remove proteins over 120 kDa.
EFFECT: possibility of reducing the embryonic mortality, increasing the total yield of poultry from eggs, and increasing the live weight gain and the value of average daily live weight gain of the poultry.
