SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Different versions of system of surgical tips can include surgical instrument, which has handle unit and in working state supports inside itself drive system for generation of drive movements when movable part of handle is activated. Elongated case projects from handle unit and in working state supports inside itself control rod, which interacts with drive system. Movable part of handle is connected with handle unit in working state. System of surgical tips includes, at least, two surgical tips, selected from group of surgical tips, which consists of: manipulators, pincers, scissors, sewing endoscopic apparatuses with knife, devices for measuring tissue thickness, devices for application of staples, devices for application of brackets, syringes for application of glue, proofing component, medications or drugs and devices for cauterisation.

EFFECT: each of surgical tips in group has, at least, case, which can be detachably connected with elongated case, and drive unit, which can detachably connected with control rod for reception of drive movements from it.
