SUBSTANCE: during realisation of the method in the space between at least a part of the area of the technical item surface and the volume of possible location of a source of radiant energy there is at least one layer of the material formed by the methods applied in respect to the layers of paint and varnish materials, at the same time the layer of the placed material is at least by 30% by volume consists of hollow microspheres fixed in the layer with the help of a binding substance, which occupies the remaining part of the layer volume, additionally by more than 30% of microspheres used within one and the same layer, consist of a material having transparency, different from zero, at least in the limited area of the spectrum of the radiant energy, capable of being supplied from the source of the radiant energy.
EFFECT: reduced amount of energy arriving in the volume of structural materials as a result of radiation of the outer surface by sources of ultraviolet light and infrared radiation.
