SUBSTANCE: objects of this invention are a device and enhanced method for combustion in chemical loop of at least one liquid hydrocarbon loading packet, in which liquid loading packet is sprayed using spraying gas for its input in zone of metal oxides movement at inlet of combustion zone via spray means allowing getting drops finely dispersed in spraying gas. Liquid loading packet is evaporated in drops contacting at least part of metal oxides in zone of movement. Operating conditions in zone of movement are determined, so that surface speed of gas after liquid evaporation exceeds speed of movement of metal oxides particles. All the effluents obtained in zone of movement are directed to zone of combustion providing recovery of metal oxides; the zone of combustion contains at least one accumulating layer in dense phase.
EFFECT: entrapping CO2 and for energy generation.
