FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to in-field oil processing. Proposed method comprises forcing demulsifying agent in pipeline, feeding water heated to 100°C to first separator inlet by heat emitted by torch, separation of gas-fluid mix at train of series separators in the presence of demulsifying agent and water and transfer of separated oil, gas and water. Note here that pressure at inlet of said separators is kept at the level of 0.25-0.4 MPa. Note also that pressure on the way from separator to separator is decreased by 0.01 MPa. Note here water heated to 100°C by heat emitted by torch and water cooled to 5-10°C are fed at a time to said inlets. Note that gas-fluid mix temperature at first separator inlet makes 10-15°C while that from separator to separator is creased to 5-10°C.
EFFECT: reduced losses of commercial oil.
