FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: sprayer comprises case with swirling chamber and nozzle insert. Note here that said case has inlet pipe with bore. It includes also inlet cylindrical chamber, swirling chamber aligned with inlet chamber and composed of cylindrical barrel, its side surface being provided with three tangential holes. Axe of said holes are located tangentially to swirling chamber, that is, there is a multichannel tangential inlet. Nozzle insert OD D1 is arranged coaxially with swirling chamber. Three calibrated orifices are arranged aligned with swirling chamber cylindrical surface and with each other: taper orifice with bottom base diameter D, central cylindrical orifice with d2 and outlet taper orifice with loser base diameter d3 of truncated cone. Note here that diameter d2 of central cylindrical orifice of nozzle insert equal that of truncated cone upper base and to that of upper base of outlet taper orifice truncated cone.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
