FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal wide flame sprayer has casing with vortex chamber, at that the casing is made with inlet nozzle having hole, sprayer insert, inlet cylindrical chamber, vortex chamber installed coaxially with the inlet chamber and made in form of a cylindrical sleeve, the sleeve side surface has at least three tangentially located holes, their axes are tangential to the vortex chamber i.e. there is multi-channel tangential input; the sprayer insert is installed coaxially with the vortex chamber, the insert OD is D₁, inside the insert there are three calibrated holes located in series and coaxial to each other and to cylindrical surface of the vortex chamber: cone hole with diameter D of bottom base of truncated cone, central cylindrical hole with diameter d₂ and output cone hole with diameter d₃ of bottom base of the truncated cone, at that diameter d₂ of central cylindrical hole of the sprayer insert is equal tot the diameter of top base of the truncated cone of the cone hole and to diameter of top base of the truncated cone of the output cone hole. The cone horn is connected to the casing end face from the vortex chamber side, axisymmetric with the casing, the horn increases flame of the sprayed liquid connected with the cylindrical perforated shell.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
