FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal wide-flare sprayer comprises a casing with a vortex chamber and a sprayer insert, at that the casing is made with an inlet pipe having a hole, with an inlet cylindrical chamber coaxial to the pipe, a vortex chamber installed coaxially with the inlet chamber and made in the form of a cylindrical cup provided with at least three tangentially located holes on the side surface, their axes are tangential to the vortex chamber, i.e. there is a multi-channel tangential input; the sprayer insert with the outer diameter D₁ is installed coaxially with the vortex chamber, inside the insert there are three calibrated holes located in series and coaxial to each other and to the cylindrical surface of the vortex chamber: a conical hole with the diameter D of the bottom base of truncated cone, a central cylindrical hole with the diameter d₂ and an output conical hole with the diameter d₃ of the bottom base of the truncated cone, at that diameter d₂ of the central cylindrical hole of the sprayer insert is equal to the diameter of top base of the truncated cone of the conical hole and to the diameter of the top base of the truncated cone of the output conical hole. It is additionally equipped by a filter to clean water from mechanical impurities which is made as a ring and set coaxially to the cylindrical surface of the vortex chamber and adjoins its outer cylindrical surface without gaps closing the holes provided tangentially in the vortex chamber. The filter can be fastened by a yoke or the filter is made as a cup put-on on the outer surface of the vortex chamber without gaps.
