FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: bench comprises a device to test static strength of a body, a device to test air impermeability, a device to test coupling strength and a device to test condition of the vehicle body. The tested body of the vehicle is equipped with a deformed foil and a displacement sensor, the foil and the displacement sensor are connected with a data collection system. The device of body static strength comprises a device of longitudinal, vertical and arbitrary load. The device to test air impermeability comprises a gas supply system, at the same time the gas supply system is connected with a tight body and comprises an air compression chamber, a balloon for gas storage, a device for treatment of a gas source, a pipe joint that controls pressure and a pressure sensor, connected with the data collection system. The device to test coupling strength comprises a loading ejector rod, a transverse movable bar, a longitudinal loading device, hydraulic cylinders, a load sensor connected with the data collection system. The device to test the vehicle body comprises a support device, a vibration exciter and a data collection system, at the same time the support device comprises a wheel set, a vehicle frame and a pneumatic spring.

EFFECT: complex bench of body testing is created, which is able to test various characteristics.
