FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: to detect wettability of the surface of the investigated material, at least one sample of the investigated material is placed into at least one tight cell of a calorimeter. Contact is provided between at least one sample and the first wetting liquid and the second wetting liquid under identical pressure and temperature. Energies of wetting are measured at least in one sample by the first and second wetting liquids, then on the basis of the specified ratio they calculate a wettability parameter that characterises the surface-liquid-liquid system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of determination.
