SUBSTANCE: method involves the peripheral blood analysis for monocyte count with HLA-DR receptor expression before the beginning of treatment and 10 days after. If observing the count increased 10% and more in comparison with the reference, a therapeutic effect in non-psychotic versions of psycho-organic syndrome is predicted to be positive.
EFFECT: using the given method extends the range of prediction markers of the clinical effectiveness for non-psychotic versions of psycho-organic syndrome that promotes more accurate prediction and selection of an appropriate therapy, reduced length of treatment.
