FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: peripheral blood lymphocytes are clinically and immunologically examined. The content of lymphocytes are detected to have the CD8+CD38+ receptor expression (active NK-cells) in 1 mcl of blood before and after 10 days from the beginning of treatment. If observing the count increased 8% and more in comparison with the reference, a therapeutic effect in non-psychotic versions of psycho-organic syndrome is predicted to be positive.
EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy, selection of the adequate therapy and reduced length of treatment.
