FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and is intended to predict the outcome of the development of pressure ulcers in surgical patients. In surgical patients, peripheral venous blood is taken with subsequent immunophenotyping using flow cytometry. The outcome of the development of pressure ulcers is assessed by the value of the coefficient of late activation of T-lymphocytes (CLATl). If the value of CLATl is more than 3.69, an unfavorable outcome of the development of pressure ulcers is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of early prediction of an unfavorable outcome of the development of pressure ulcers in surgical patients, a decrease in invasiveness during material sampling, as well as a high reliability of the prognosis.
